Patient feedback has long since been extremely important to us here at Walpole, it helps us to improve our services and ensure that our patients are happy with the treatment they have received.  We have had a major emphasis on patient feedback long before the Quality Care Commission required us to do so via a patient satisfaction survey.
The high standards we set ourselves and the incremental improvements we make along the way ensure that we, as a team, are at the top of our game. More importantly we ensure that our patients’ journey through our practice is a pleasant one – one which is often life changing. Providing great results in an immaculate and professional environment is our chief target.

In the last quarter we achieved a 95% excellence rate by our patients and the vast majority say they would recommend us to their friends and family. These figures speak for themselves and indicate that those patients you refer to us will be treated with the respect and integrity.
