You are fully informed – we provide written reports with copies of radiographs and photos before and after treatment for all patients (and updates during treatment)

You are fully consulted – we like to work closely with referring practitioners. Naturally, all joint restorative patients will see you before braces are removed so that you can confirm you are happy with tooth positioning

The best treatment for each patient – we don’t limit our practice to specific brackets, appliances or functional appliances – this means your patient will get a truly bespoke treatment chosen to suit each individual patient and their personal situations

The best of new technology – we have been first or amongst the first in the UK to offer Invisalign, lingual appliances, digital photography and now AcceleDent to speed up any type of treatment

Facial aesthetics – have been key at Walpole since the late 70s -the combination of functional appliances and low extraction rates (premolars 10% - mainly adults) ensure lip support is maintained or enhanced where needed

Micro cosmetics – we assess and change gum show and levels, reshaping teeth where needed to establish golden proportions

Reliable results – Dr Orton-Gibbs was ranked amongst the highest scoring consultants in an audit of 6 consecutive cases. We have a 98% success rate with functional appliances (CTBs) compared to 68% success rate by consultants in a published paper (please ask for details of this audit)

Education – as well as in-house training, Dr Orton-Gibbs continues to publish papers in scientific journals, to teach on the London post-graduate training programme and lecture to dentists and orthodontists both nationally and internationally
